The fifth festival of Castelcivita dedicated to the mountain potato will take place in the charming historic center of the small town of Salerno and Sunday will also be open for lunch. The menu includes specialty such as potato balls, pasta and “Pesola” potatoes, “sizzled” potatoes with “abbruscat” peppers, roasted potatoes under ashes, potatoes with lard and fried potatoes.
