In Japan, a strange water fountain erupts in the bay, causing panic. Initially we think of an anomalous volcanic activity but the nightmare comes to life when a monster emerges from the depths. USS Indianapolis

During the Second World War the USS Indianapolis, commanded by Captain McVay (Nicolas Cage), was entrusted with the transport of one of the two atomic bombs but during the crossing it was sunk by a Japanese submarine. Given the secrecy of the mission, the crew is abandoned for 5 days in the shark-infested Philippine Sea.

Sam (Zoey Dutch) becomes trapped in a repetitive time vortex, which forces her to relive the same day until the moment of her death.
