Foja will perform in Naples with "Astrigneme cchiù forte", the live taken from the homonymous tour!
On Christmas Day the Sannazaro Theater of Naples lights up with fury, a heated rage of vitality, of passion, of "Foja".
And indeed the 25 December 2014 the Neapolitan band "Foja" will perform in "Astrigneme cchiù forte" a visceral and heart-shaped Christmas concert, typical of the folk rock group.
The Foja were born in the 2006 when four Neapolitan boys, Dario Sansone (author and voice), Ennio Frongillo (guitar), Gianni Schiattarella (drums) and Giuliano Falcone (bass) joined in a musical project fully influenced by the new way of conceiving the sound.
A sound revolution, this, dictated by great exponents of the blues, jazz and Neapolitan funk scenario like Pino Daniele, Tullio De Piscopo, James Senese, Enzo Avitabile and Toni Esposito. Personalities who have undoubtedly contributed to the birth of new musical genres and trends, of which today the greatest exponents are the Almamegretta, the 24 Grana and the Foja.
Neapolitan dialect and melodies with popular nuances, sometimes almost tribal, are the main aspects of the new way of making music, a way of representing Italy through the anger and the soul of Naples.
