La Pietà de 'Turchini Foundation, the Ancient Music center in Naples kicks off the new 2023-2024 concert season, entitled Unheard of frequencies with a truly rich program of events, the first will be Saturday 4 November 2023 with the Missa Requiem by Domenico Sarro and we will continue with the shows until 27 May 2024.
This new season of concerts is financed by the MIC and the Campania Region, supported by the Municipality of Naples, the Metropolitan City, in collaboration with the Oriental University and other bodies.
The program of the new season of concerts at the Pietà de' i Turchini Foundation includes 18 concerts, 2 site specific projects, 1 thematic review dedicated to the musical itineraries of the East and Europe. And then 3 training courses with many young talents.
The various events will take place in different places in our beautiful Naples, such as Church of Santa Caterina da Siena, the Gallerie d'Italia and many others.
There will also be the entry into the family of historical and valuable instruments of a Mascioni organ restored and granted on permanent loan to the Foundation.

8 November
- 20pm at the Church of Santa Caterina da Siena with ”Love poems” by Antonio Gala XXV anniversary, with Clara Montes vocals, Kiriko Gutiérrez double bass, Chamo Díaz piano
12 November
- 18pm at the Church of Santa Caterina da Siena with Goldberg Variations
24 November
- 20pm concert at the Santa Caterina da Siena Church Enigma Luck. Alena Dantcheva soprano, Francesca Cassinari soprano, Gianluca Ferrarini tenor, Massimo Altieri tenor, Efix Puleo viella da gamba, Teodoro Baù viella da gamba, Federica Bianchi clavicymbalum
