A tribute to the artist Frida Kahlo at the Pan in Naples with live music, reading and video projections.
As part of the review of theatrical performances Vissi d'artand, which tells in a completely new way the biography of great artists, the March 31, April 1 and April 6, 2016 will be on stage at PAN of Naples, Frida Kahlo: letters of love and pain.
The life and works of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, represent for the admirers of her paintings, a strong charm and a deep connotation of emotiva, due to the intensity with which the painter lived her short life.
A life marked by an incurable disease, by the political commitment in defense of the oppressed and the poor but above all by thetormented love for Diego Rivera, a man with whom he shared joys and sorrows, who on his death wrote: "I understood too late that the most beautiful part of my life was my love for her. "
What emerges from this theatrical reading, read by good actors, is the charisma of this small woman, not aesthetically perfect and of her symbolic art but who was inspired by reality. To underline these engaging readings of his intimate letters, there will be live music e video projections.
