At Vomero, Frie's offers itself as an original alternative to other patatinerie, with original products, all gluten free American street food
Frie's is not the umpteenth inflated patatineria opened in Naples in the wake of Chipstar, but an original idea that unites the american street food to the genuineness of the Neapolitan tradition.
Opened in Vomero, it immediately met with considerable success for the originality of its products and for the numerous sauces, all served free. Furthermore, all products are gluten free (gluten free).
At Frie's it is not only possible to taste French fries, this time strictly Italian, but also the platano chips, which of the chips have the shape, but derive from the typical South American tropical fruit, and other dishes of the street food of the USA.

Chips and chips
Frie's fries are cut from Italian potatoes, peeled and prepared at the moment, fried in “genuine and quality oil”, always at the time of ordering. The golden color of the chips is given by the frequent oil change, constantly monitored.
