I works at the Vittoria Gallery in Naples are finished finally and the reopening will be shortly, although the official date is not yet known.

They were completed the maintenance interventions which for almost a year saw the workers busy due to the problems due to water infiltrations that made it necessary to close the Gallery.

The areas subjected to work were delivered by Anas, of the FS Italiane Group, to the Municipality of Naples, fully following the time schedule which provided for an investment of 2 million euros.

The latest interventions and the reopening

It was redone the flooring by the Municipality, while Anas has repositioned the new jersey, also completing the appropriate cleaning operations and has dismantled the barracks of the construction site.

Now he only waits a 'specific order of the Public Prosecutor's Office on the restoration of safety and the removal of dangers, so that the Municipality of Naples can issue a new order to reopen the Galleria Vittoria.

The theft of copper at the Galleria Vittoria and the blockade of the Public Prosecutor's Office

At the moment these operations are blocked as, according to what the Corriere del Mezzogiorno, during the night between November 30th and December 1st one and a half kilometers of copper cables were stolen from the ventilation system.

The modalities are still unknown, as the site had to be supervised and a large vehicle was certainly needed to transport the material.

Investigations and investigations are still underway, but for the moment the Public Prosecutor's Office cannot give the green light.
