World Children's Day 2016 is also celebrated in Naples with many initiatives for children and teenagers!

Il November 20, 2016 we celebrate the World Children's Day also in the city of Naples and there will be many initiatives to entertain children and young people.

The protection of children and adolescents has always been a fundamental issue for the UN, which on 20 November 1989 approved the convention on the rights of the child.

In Naples there will be various initiatives to celebrate this day, artists and structures were mobilized to make this day a party for all children.

The Little Prince at the Mostra d'Oltremare

The classic children's fairy tale in the form of a theatrical show will be presented at the Teatro dei piccoli al Mostra d'Oltremare, a very intense story about friendship, love and courage. Recommended age from 6 to 12 years.

Treasure hunt at the Capodimonte Museum

How to have fun while learning? A day at the museum with a map and a treasure hunt is all it takes to make a visit more fun and light. The experts of the Didactic Section will guide the children to discover the works of art and, after the hunt, they will go with them to a specific location designed for the little ones where they can draw or write their experience at the museum. Finally, they will have a gadget as a gift. Recommended age from 6 to 11 years.

Peter Pan al Museum of Pietrarsa

A fantastic setting for classic fairy tales, this is the initiative of Museum of Pietrarsa where many masked actors will play the characters of the fairy tales most loved by children. The first date is with the beautiful fairy tale of Peter Pan. There will be Hook, Wendy, Peter Pan, Sponge and a storyteller who will be the professional actors. The others will be played by children chosen from the audience's volunteers and will be helped by Wendy.

Schedule: from 11.00

Ticket: participation fee 20 euro per family (2 adults + 2 children of any age). For a smaller number the ticket has the same price. For each additional person, the price is 5 euro per child for a max of 2 children added.
