Also this year on the Lungomare the appointment with the National Sports Day is renewed!

On Sunday 7 June 2015 , the Caracciolo seafront will host the 12th edition of the National Sports Day in Naples.

The initiative, organized by CONI , will immerse citizens and tourists in numerous sporting events such as, to name a few, the Gran Fondo cycling race, the Caracciolo Gold Run athletics race, the “Beppe Panada Memorial” sailing regatta, martial arts performances and much more.

Fifteen Neapolitan municipalities will participate in this extraordinary day , presenting twenty-five sports. This is a wonderful initiative, which has enjoyed considerable success in past editions and promises to be well-received by the Neapolitan public again this year.

The official presentation of the National Sports Day was attended by prominent figures from the Naples sports scene, including Alfredo Rainiger, the new regional president of the Boxing Federation, the delegation of the women's national boxing team, including Concetta Marchese and Francesca Martusciello, as well as important representatives of the CONI of Naples and Campania.
