The Great Water Show returns to Monteverde with music and dance in a game of reflections and colors on the lake!
From 3 to 21 August 2016 on Lake of San Pietro in Monteverde, in the province of Avellino, will take place The Great Water Show.
Like every year, the event is promoted by the Foundation " Together for ... .. " which takes care of giving back a smile and a family to disadvantaged children. An opportunity that, in addition to having fun, will make you reflect on the true meaning of life. Furthermore, for the locals, Lake San Pietro is a place where enrich one's own spirituality and improve the relationship with God and nature.
The Great Water Show was conceived to evoke the life of San Gerardo Maiella, known as the "Holy friend of the poorWho during his religious journey helped the poor and the weak of Monteverde.
One will be set up on the lake show of lights and colors that will create movements and shapes in the water. To accompany these magical moments there will be the performance of a dance troupe, music and famous actors which will be the narrators of the wonderful text dedicated to Gerardo Maiella. Poetry, lights, colors and emotions will be the fundamental elements of this unique event in all of Europe.
