The suggestive Park of the Portici Royal Palace finally reopens to the public: here are the timetables!

Finally after about two months of closure due to the look down, the suggestive Park of the Bourbon Royal Palace of Portici, in the province of Naples, reopens its gates to welcome citizens from11 May 2020.

The opening of the Park was made possible by an agreement signed between the Municipality of Portici and the Department of Agriculture of the University of Naples Federico II.

Surely the access to the park will be limited, however you can go back to doing walks in the middle of nature, do physical activity, but obviously you will have to respect all rules provided by law to limit and contain the infection of the Coronavirus.

So you will have to respect the social distance, will absolutely be picnic prohibited in the middle of the grass and gatherings, you will also have to use the personal protective equipment, like the mask. On the spot there will also be municipal police officers who will ensure compliance with the rules.

Hours

As for the opening hours, you can access the park of the Reggia di Portici from Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 19:30, and the Sunday from 08:30 to 14:00. Also for the occasion they will come open both the upper and lower garden.
