Il Sogno Verde is a free exhibition in Naples that highlights the relationship between man and the environment!
Il Green Dream will take place from 10 September at 1 October 2016 in two beautiful locations, al Real Botanical Garden and at the Anywhere Art Company gallery in Naples.
It is a BRECCE project for contemporary art, curated by Antonio Capaccio and Claudia Rozio, in collaboration with Anywhere Art Company, FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), the University of Tuscia and the "Federico II" University of Naples. .
On 10 September at the Botanical Garden there will be the inauguration from 10:30 am to 13:30 pm and then continue at Anywhere Art Company at 18:00 pm. During the inauguration there will be a musical performance for computer and two double basses entitled “All'ombra albero”, with Elio Martusciello on computer and Renato Grieco with Umberto Lepore on double basses.
The event is dedicated to the relationship between man and nature and involves over 30 artists among painters, sculptors, photographers, performers and musicians. This project aims to be an open inquiry that observes the relationship between man and the environment where he lives with the aim of contributing, also through art, to re-establishing a direct dialogue with everything that surrounds him.
At Real Botanical Garden some will be created installations in nature with different materials and techniques, without causing any problems to the environment.
There will be installations by the painters Ennio Alfani, Giuseppe Ambrosio, Franca Bernardi (who also deals with engraving on plastics), Antonio Capaccio, Luca Costantini, Stefano Frascarelli and Franco Nuti. Sculpture will be handled by Claudio Karpüseeler, Federica Luzzi, Marcello Rossetti and others.
At the Anywhere Art Company gallery, in addition to being exhibited some works by the artists present at the Royal Botanical Garden, there will be installations by the painters Ettore Sordini, Enrico Gallian, Mimmo Grillo, among others.
On the last day, October 1st, there will be one musical performance with Simone Alessandrini on saxophones and self-built clarinets and Marzouk Mejri voice and percussion, at the Botanical Garden. Finally, the catalog will be presented which will document all the installations created for this event.
