Interaction Naples: the international contemporary art event with 30 artists from all over the world

An extraordinary event will take place from March 16th to September 21st 2024 : Interaction Napoli, a biennial event that will take place at the Made in Cloister Foundation in the Cloister of Santa Caterina a Formiello.

Specifically, the event will focus on international contemporary art, featuring around 30 visionary artists from around the world. The theme of this new edition is "The Other and Otherness," and several important issues will be addressed, including migration, cultural diversity, interreligious dialogue, and more.

The event is curated by Demetrio Paparoni, sponsored by the Municipality of Naples and created thanks to the support of partners such as D&D D'Amico, Ceramica di Vietri Francesco De Maio, Palazzo Caracciolo and others.

The other event venue

The Cloister of Santa Caterina won't be the only venue for the event, which will also expand into the Porta Capuana area . You'll find a true open-air gallery featuring an installation by Ximena Garrido-Lecca in the verdant Parco di Re Ladislao, as well as works by Liu Jianhua in the cloister of the Naples Art School and works by Daniele Galliano in the courtyard of the Hotel Palazzo Caracciolo.

In short, it will be an unmissable event to spend hours between the art of these beautiful works and the history of our city.
