The renowned event International Street Food, now in its seventh edition, will be held at Salerno from 22 to 25 April in the parking lot of the Grand Hotel Salerno, from 12 to midnight.
Food trucks and international cuisines to delight visitors
Participants in the event will be able to enjoy a wide variety of gastronomic proposals thanks to the numerous food truck and the international cuisines present.
There will be regional specialties from every corner of Italy, including the coppo di pesce, i Kurt, the La Scimietta ice cream shop, 'O pere e 'o musso, a typical Neapolitan dish, hamburger, Argentinian cuisine, sausage Gluten-free black suckling pig, paella, Salento puccia, skewers, Sicilian cuisine and much more, including real pizza from Campania. Furthermore, it will be possible to taste beers from Italian and foreign breweries.

The initiative dedicated to quality street food, which has conquered the general public, foresees a busy calendar of good 100 stages distributed throughout the boot from March to November 2023.
