What looked like a momentary abandonmentactually, it was definitive. During the live broadcast on May 2, Alvin announced that although she is quite well, Claudia will not be able to return to the island for medical reasons.

OnSt. Helena Island, Marco Predolin, who was spending a period in exile after being eliminated from the nomination, was forced to temporarily leave the Island for some unspecified problems. To deal with the exit of two competitors, a new castaway has arrived on the Isola dei Famosi: it is Gian Maria Sainato who will team up with Paola Camassa.
