Four days before the start of the Island of the Famous 2023, a new episode shocks the castaways: Helena Prestes falls ill during the night and, shortly after, begins to become delirious. The first to notice the situation is Corinne Clery, who intervenes: here's what happened and how the Brazilian model is now.
Bad night for Helena Prestes: during the night between the second and third day, the Brazilian model has had an illness. According to what was told by Biccy, the castaway's health problem would have been caused by gods sea slugs, fished from Nathaly Caldonazzo, which the Chicas tribe ate for dinner. She was the first to notice her illness Corinne clery, who immediately intervened.
Fortunately, with the exception of Prestes, none of the other castaways was hurt. Clery, speaking of the episode with her adventure companions, said that during the night Helena Prestes vomited and felt sick and, moreover, said of have a sore throat and fatigue.
Intervened, the Brazilian model said she didn't remember the episode at all, so much so that, in the end, the French actress was forced to tell her everything that happened:
“Yes, you were delirious! I didn't understand what she's saying, you were speaking in Portuguese, maybe you were dreaming?”

The episode was also commented by Simone Antolini, Cecchi Paone's young boyfriend, who told the other members of the Accoppiados tribe that, according to him too, it was afood poisoning:
“I think Helena got food poisoning, ate raw things she shouldn't have eaten.”
Of different opinion Pamela Camasa, companion of Filippo Bisciglia, according to which the illness of Helena Prestes would not be due to afood poisoning, but to one severe sunstroke:
"Last night it was burgundy, it had the sign of the swimsuit, I think it caught sunstroke."
