Lovers of Sake and Japanese cuisine cannot miss the appointment with the “Kampai Sake Tasting”!
For lovers of Sake and Japanese cuisine do not miss the appointment with the "Kampai Special Sake Tasting" the July 18 2015 will be held at the Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples.
The event, organized by Città del gusto Napoli - Gambero Rosso and the Consortium of Tochigi producers, will immerse the participants in exclusive tastings of different types of Sake, cocktail e tasty Japanese dishes.
In particular, the tasty rice wine, usually tasted during or after a meal, pure or mixed, will be served well 17 Japanese companies in Naples and also will be prepared refreshing drink from the most important "acrobats" barmen of the sector, like Michihiko Miyazaki, Takemi Okamoto, Kazuhito Otsuka and Pierpaolo Porzio.
All embellished with a special one gastronomic tour organized by Giappo, with many typical dishes and reinterpretations of sushi and sushimi in the Mediterranean.
A good opportunity, therefore, to appreciate the international excellences and to enhance and spread also the national and territorial products represented by a different point of view and in perfect fusion with oriental culture and tradition.
