The Faito cableway starts again with quota entrance and anti-Covid rules! Here are the timetables and prices!
La Faito cableway finally returns to activity e from the 13 June 2020 will allow you again to travel the beautiful stretch from Castellammare di Stabia to Monte Faito.
This was communicated by the President of the Lattari Monti Tristano Dello Joio Regional Park, and the President of EAV Umberto De Gregorio.
Of course, this opening is also possible only if yes comply with all anti Covid-19 standards, just to protect travelers and staff during this Coronavirus emergency.
The rules to respect for traveling by cable car
According to what was announced by the direction of the Regional Park of the Lattari Mountains, they are allowed in the cabin up to 8 peopleif there are individuals of the same family among them. If there are no people from the same family group, access is allowed only to 8 Guests. Therefore, the entrances will be quoted. The masks are required and checks will be carried out on each passenger.
In addition, the distancing between people in the waiting rooms and disinfection in the cabin twice a day will be guaranteed.

The races will be carried out from 10.00 to 17.00 until 5 July. Here are the departures specifically:

The President declares that, if there is not a lot of turnout, the departures will respect the times decided, if instead the lines are long, the timetable will continue.
Faito bus
On 1 and 2 August, from 8 to 23 August and from 29 and 30 August there will be a bus connection service to coincide with the cable car runs. It is from Piazzale dei Capi, San Michele, the sports field and back. The timetables are available on the official website.
The prices of the Faito cableway
Race prices remain unchanged, even if the purchase methods have not yet been communicated (whether they will be exclusively online or not). Here are the prices:
- Simple travel: 5.50 euro
- Round trip: 8 euro
- Round trip for residents: 5 euro
- Round trip for under 18: 3 euro
- Monthly subscription 45 euro
- Bicycle transport: 1 euro
