A free open-air concert with the biggest choir in the world and more than 13000 choir in Piazza Plebiscito in Naples!

Il 9 April 2016 in Naples there is an appointment not to be missed: it is the meeting of school and amateur choirs to be held in the fantastic setting of Piazza del Plebiscito. More than 13000 young people from 17 regions of Italy, in fact, will perform singing performances on different musics.

Excerpts from the works of Verdi (Aida, Glory to Egypt), Mozart (Requiem: Dies irae, Lacrimosa), Händel (See the conquering) and Charpertier (Te Deum) and historical ballad as "Michelle"Of the Beatles and songs of the Neapolitan tradition such as “I 'te vurria vasà” (which was also translated into Venetian by an elementary school in Verona).

The exhibition will be conducted by Michele Mirabella and Daiana Paoli of Rai News and musically accompanied byorchestra of the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella, one of the promoters of the initiative together with the Campania Region, which financed the project with contributions for the travel and stay costs of the choirs in the city, the Municipality of Naples and the RAI.

Between one choir and another the Band in full uniform of the Carabinieri, chorus of the Alpini, the guests of honor.
