The Art of Happiness returns to Naples. An appointment in which the homonymous animated film by Alessandro Rak will be screened.
The event entitled "The Art of Happiness " returns to Naples, with precision from 23 to 29 September 2013. The appointment is dedicated above all to reflection, to non-shouted confrontation, to dialogue, to openness, to understanding.
We are not faced with a banal conference where you can meet to express your opinion, but on this occasion you listen and you question some of the most important topics: religion, science, philosophy, spirituality.
The ninth edition, this year, focuses on the theme of Desiderio. There is talk of a desire that touches many aspects: knowledge, security, relationship, health, truth, material well-being, emotional well-being, happiness, completeness ...
This is the secret mission of desire: to recall the gap between our expectations and the way things really are.

Plot of the Animated Film The Art of Happiness
82 minutes to learn about the life of Sergio, a man who drives his white taxi to Naples. More than an hour to explore his discomfort towards a life that does not belong to him, trapped in an endless car race. The passengers, who follow each other from hour to hour, tell about their lives and Sergio feeds on these stories to escape his existence and his problems: having abandoned the music, losing sight of his life and , above all, having to elaborate the death of his brother Alfredo who left for Tibet in search of spiritual comfort.
Sergio locked up in the stagnant cabin of a taxi that tastes everyone's life, except that of the owner.
Una Story touching, melancholic and reflective that takes place right in our city. Naples, and all its characteristic traits, will accompany Sergio during his long journey.
They say that the soul always finds its way home. No matter how much time has passed, it doesn't matter if the time is right: the soul returns. But what I'm wondering is: what is your home? This city, these people? Are we really the house of the soul or rather its cage?
The film will be broadcast, in national preview, in the Modernissimo cinema the 23 September from 21 to 23.30.
