The initiatives to remember the spontaneous rebellion of the people against the occupation of the Nazis during the Four Days of Naples
Also this year, for the anniversary of the Four Days of Naples, the Municipality has organized a series of initiatives to commemorate the deeds and heroism of the civilians who fought against Nazi-fascism in the city.
From September 29 to October 4 2015 there will be many locations in Naples that will host events such as routes, meetingi, guided tours, book presentations, film screenings, international, prize-giving debates and much more.
The city schools will also be involved, particularly high schools, and of course the historic Campano Institute for the History of Resistance, Anti-Fascism and the Contemporary Age Vera Lombardi, which promoted the initiative together with the Municipality's Department of Culture.
The Four Days of Naples, the insurrection of Neapolitan civilians with the support of some military departments to free the city from the Nazi occupation, this year have a particular meaning because they fall into the 70th anniversary of the Liberation.

With the participation of Nino Daniele, Councilor for Culture of the Municipality of Naples, Antonio Amoretti, President of ANPI-Naples (National Association of Partisans of Italy), Guido D'Agostino, President of the Campano Institute for the History of the Resistance, Guglielmo Loy, son of Nanni Loy, to whom the evening is dedicated twenty years after his death, Arnaldo Delehaye, director and student of Loy.
