Two days of gastronomy with international chefs: the most delicious Mozzarella Roads are back in Paestum!
Il And April 18 19 2016 the appointment is back with The Streets of Mozzarella, the great cooking congress that brings together in Paestum the international kermesse of chefs.
Most great protagonists of European gastronomy they will meet at the Savoy Beach Hotel to create and present their versions of traditional Italian dishes. Moderated by food critics and industry journalists, French, Swedish and Portuguese chefs will hold lessons in which the potential of Mediterranean products will be explored.
The theme of this ninth edition is contamination, above all cultural, which has always been a key element of the kitchen, enriching it with never boring ideas. They are also provided wine and oil tastings extra virgin olive oil, next to a section entirely dedicated to Neapolitan pizza.
The novelty of this year is a Taste Club divided into three lounges, which will have as protagonists pasta with tomato sauce, dessert and traditional frying.
