July in Jazz 2016 at the Campania Shopping Center with important artists and lots of music on summer nights!
The musical review July in Jazz 2016 at Campania Shopping Center in Caserta is now in its fifth edition. Many national and international artists who have taken the stage in recent years and many new faces who have started their musical journey by performing at the opening of each concert.
THEadmission is free but, for those who wish to sit at a table and consume something, a private area has been set up, where at the modest price of 10 euros you can have a seat and a drink which includes a cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink and a portion of finger food.
For this year, several international artists will be welcomed in the six evenings dedicated to jazz including Gino Vannelli, Hiromi, Tomatito e The New York Voices.

Wednesday July 6th
Concert by Gino Vannelli
The artist, of Italian-Canadian origin, has always had a passion for music and became a percussionist at a young age. He started singing and writing songs at the age of 15. He studied at McGill University and was discovered by Herb Alpert who produced his first albums. He became famous in the 70s with Brother to Brother, Nightwalker and Black Cars and became a great exponent of pop rock music.

Friday July 8th
Hiromi concert
One of the greatest pianists in the world. Her music has undergone the influence of classical studies, jazz, fusion of rock and pop and has managed to create a perfect musical balance. The artist, with more than a hundred concerts behind her, will present Spark, her fourth solo album made with the Trio.
Ciro Manna Trio will perform at the concert opening.
Friday July 15th
Performance of the band Step Ahead Reunion
The group, which was created by vibraphonist Mike Mainieri, initially was an informal experiment but the artists proved to be able to explore different genres of music and create real masterpieces. Today they are the most famous jazz fusion band in the world.
At the opening you can listen to Luigi di Nunzio Quartet.
Friday July 22th
Concert by Richard Bona Mandekan Cubano Bona
The artist, originally from Cameroon, is known in the entertainment world for his musical elegance and for the African rhythms that we find in his seven albums. In his career he has collaborated with artists of a certain caliber, including Steps Ahead and John Legend and has crossed numerous stages, securing several awards.
At the opening of the concert there will be a performance by Lello Petrarca Trio.
Wednesday July 27th
Tomatito concert
A great Spanish guitarist with a passion for flamenco, born in a family of musicians and raised among the guitars. He began his musical career playing in the club La Taberna Gitana, where he met Camarón de la Isla with whom he recorded several records. He then continued his career as a soloist, bringing his music all over the world. Among his collaborations we remember the one with Elton John and Frank Sinatra.

Thursday July 28th
The New York Voices
The band, born in 1987, is composed of a rhythm section and five singers. It is considered one of the most famous jazz vocal groups in the world, in fact with their music they have enchanted many audiences. Their repertoire is composed of bop songs of the vocal tradition and adaptations of jazz and pop production. To date, they have released seven albums and held a hundred concerts.
