Good food and original tourist routes will be the pillars of the 2015 edition of Malazè at the Campi Flegrei!
From the 5 15 2015 September It will take place Malazè, the event archaeo-gastronomic for excellence of the Campi Flegrei, which combines the culture and gastronomy of an area rich in resources, history and breathtaking landscapes. The event will take place between the exclusive sites and clubs of Pozzuoli, Bacoli, Quarto, Monte di Procida, theisland of Procida and Naples.
The term Malazè derives from the Arabic word mazin, the name by which the puteolan fishermen define the caves where they keep the work tools and consume fleeting breakfasts. The event will have a full calendar of initiatives, including evenings and tastings of typical local products and thematic routes archaeological, made on foot, by bike or canoe and some designed for children.
The scenery will be really impressive thanks to the ancient sites where there are the remains of imperial villas, locations preferred by the Romans for their Lucullian banquets, castles, lakes, markets.
The hashtag #tipicamenteflegreo will characterize this edition and also the following ones since, as the creator Rosario Mattera declared, “The project is capable of combining the protection and enhancement of cultural and environmental assets with food, social, digital technologies, design and responsible business. A dimension in which development, identity and sustainability are combined ".
