Maradona will have the honorary citizenship of Naples: in Piazza Plebiscito the ceremony with musical show!

Il July 5 2017 it will be in Naples a big party. The event to be celebrated is the assignment of the honorary citizenship to Diego Armando Maradona, footballer who made the Neapolitan team great in the 80 years.
For the occasion Piazza del Plebiscito will welcome one free ceremony open to the public with one musical in which many artists will participate, the citizenship will be given to Palazzo San Giacomo. The event is promoted by the comedian Alessandro Siani and that will also be the artistic director of the evening, but will not take the stage. The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Naples.
The ceremony will be broadcast exclusively live on 21 Channel.
The evening's program
The surrender of citizenship will take place at Palazzo San Giacomo at 20.00 in the presence of the mayor Luigi De Magistris, while from the 21.00 the party will move to the Piazza between music, performance and many emotions. The presenters will rise on stage Gigi and Ross, we will witness a tango between Belen Rodriguez and Maradona instead Nino D'Angelo will sing the famous anthem of Naples "The boys of the B curve".
Among the guests, also Lina Satriano, Serena Rossi and many Neapolitan sportsmen.
The date: 5 July 1984
The chosen date is not random: the 5 84 July, in fact, El Pibe de Or made its entrance to the Stadio San Paolo, where it was presented to Neapolitan fans. Also this year, the thirtieth anniversary of the Scudetto at Naples, won the 10 May 1987 also thanks to the Argentine footballer.
