The tenth edition of “Matrimonio A Prima Vista” highlighted the flaws not only among the protagonists, but also in the trio of experts who formed the couples.
This season, four out of six contestants they had a hard time to establish a relationship with one's partner, showing diametrically opposite characters and ways of thinking.
One of the participants, Giulia, even refuses physical contact, which obviously makes it incompatible with the nature of the program.
The lucky couple: Matteo and Irene
The only couple that seems to have had luck in 2023 is the one formed by Matthew Riva e Irene Pignieri. Matteo, 29, from Milan, is a bank consultant and soccer lover. She had been single for three years prior to the show. Irene, 32, originally from Naples, is passionate about reading, art, shopping and parties. She has a degree in economics, she is the manager and marketing manager of a restaurant brand. The two liked each other from the first glance and, despite some small misunderstandings, the couple appeared more and more close-knit and in tune with the passing of the days.
Gennaro and Simona: without sparks
Gennaro Vergara e Simon ViolaHowever, the spark never struck. Gennaro, 34, lives in Reggio Emilia, works as a waiter but dreams of being a photographer. He is passionate about cycling and traveling. Simona, 30, from Viareggio, is the administrator of a shipyard, looking for a man with whom to establish a "living" dialectical confrontation. Despite Gennaro's efforts to conquer Simona, the girl appeared from the first moment not very enthusiastic about the too playful and submissive character of her partner.
Mattia and Giulia: a difficult relationship
The most complicated situation is that between Matthias Benedict e Julia Martell. Mattia, 37, lives in Cafasso (Turin), is a gardener in the family business and eager to meet a girl with the same passions as him. Giulia, 27, from Bussoleno (Turin), is employed, her only child, spoiled by her parents and she loves to travel with her mother. Their acquaintance never really started due to Giulia's hostile attitude. During the experience, Mattia discovered the lies told by his wife to fellow adventurers and experts.
