New artistic season at the Mother Museum, until then free entry to the museum rooms

Free admission for all visitors to the Madre Museum in Naples who will have free access to the museum rooms of the Donnaregina Foundation. in the meantime the Madre Museum is getting ready to host the new artistic season which will be presented Monday 28 October 2013 at 12: 00 with a press conference that will illustrate the new exhibition program that will open in the following weeks.

In the meantime, the public will be able to visit the site-specific collection and the one in progress, To_form a #1 collection, and participate in the events of the ground floor hall Re_PUBBLICA Mother, the meeting place and interaction between art and reality.

Site-specific collection

It is the permanent collection of the Madre Museum which includes works that create the identity of some rooms and places, including those of Sol Lewitt, Jeff Koons, Janis Kounellis, Rebecca Horn, and Mimmo Paladino whose famous Horse on the museum terrace.

To_form a #1 collection

It is the project destined to host the first permanent collection of the Madre Museum, never complete but in continuous evolution, to make the museum a place of continuous dialogue between artistic languages. Among the works already acquired those of Boetti, Kaprow, Beuys, Kosuth, Living Theater and Nanni Balestrini.
