Naples, 90 million for the historic center: here are the important works
€ 90 million allocated for the historic center of Naples: here are all the works scheduled!
How does it know Luigi De Magistris, the mayor of Naples, has just been the Institutional Development contract launched between the Campania Region, the Municipality of Naples and the National Government, for which approx 90 million euros.
In particular, the project aims to lto enhance some places in Naples such as the historic center, the Sanità district, the Vergini and Montesanto area with targeted interventions which concern the creation of spaces dedicated to activities and services for cultural purposes, co-working, hospitality and much more.
The works envisaged by the Plan
The great contract was therefore started after the signing of the mayor of Naples and the president of the Campania region Vincenzo De Luca, both present in Rome, at the headquarters of Ministry of Cultural Heritage, where the agreement was signed.
Here are what they will be some of the Projects funded that are scheduled:
- Complementary interventions to the Great Project historic center of Naples-UNESCO site from 20 million euros
- Restoration of the internal facades, the flooring and the arcades of the Galleria Principe di Napoli from 10 million euros
- Parking for tourist buses at theFormer warehouse of the Garittone from 3,2 million euros
- Renovation project "Palazzo Penne"Of 10 million euros
- Integrated Territorial Project for the redevelopment of the area Virgins-Health from 12,2 million euros
- Via Cristallini complex 73 of 1 million euros
- Complex of the Holy Trinity of the Nuns (Former Military Hospital) as a 6 million euro Community Hub
- Monumental complex SS. Annunziata from 8 million euros
- Restoration and re-functionalization of theex Convent of the Cappuccinelle from 7,5 million euros
