The birth of the Pinuccis in 2016

In 2016, i WORKSHOPS of the cafe in Piazza Trieste and Trento have decided to create a dough with a strong flavor in honor of a famous artist. The dough is made from a base of curly sfogliatella with White chocolate, cream, ricotta cheese, sponge cake and a coverage of dark chocolate.

This dessert, called "Nero a mezzo", recalls the musical genre of Pino Daniele, similar to sincere and authentic blues. It's a delight to try.
