The 24 October 2014 has been called a general strike which will also be joined by public transport in Naples
Convoked, for Friday 24 October 2014, a general strike from the Usb, Orsa and UniCobas unions, with sporadic adhesions of CGIL, teachers and ATA.
Numerous events will take place throughout the country to coincide with the strike, appointments that will be added to the numerous garrisons present in many Italian cities.
The mobilization will last all day with different guaranteed time slots depending on the region.
In Campania the event will take place at Piazza Mancini of Naples at 9: 30 which will be joined by a student parade always starting at 9: 30 in Piazza del Gesù, still in Naples.
Objectives of the protest the contrast to the Jobs-Act and the Renzi Plan on the school including the recruitment plan which, according to Cobas, will increase the precariousness, reducing, in reality, the permanent staff and forcing the free replacement of the absentees.
The strike will involve numerous areas of the public service that will be paralyzed for the whole day of 24 October, here they are in detail: University, Ministries, Research, School, Local Authorities, Parastatals (INPS, INAIL, INPDAP, ACI), Presidency of the council, Tax Agencies, Enac.
Paralyzed also the service of airplane transport (covered instead guaranteed time slots), railway (from 09.00 to 17.00) e maritime towards the major islands (from the first hour before the departures of the 24 until midnight) and less covering the entire turn.
The staff will also stop for 8 hours, from 9:00 to 17:00 Ferrovie dello Stato Group, of New Transport Travelers, Trenord and Freight Transport, but there will be transportations guaranteed in different ways.

The service will be guaranteed from 5.30 to 8.30 and from 17.00 to 20.00.
The last departures will be made around 30 minutes before the start of the strike while the service will return completely regular about 30 minutes after the end of the strike
METROPOLITAN LINE 1
last race from Piscinola to 09.10 and from Garibaldi to 9.20.
The circulation resumed at 17.27 from Piscinola and at 18.07 from Garibaldi to end with last run at 19.44 from Piscinola and at 19.54 from Garibaldi.
4 FUNICULARS (Chiaia, Centrale, Montesanto and Mergellina)

The service resumes in the second afternoon session with the first 17.00 run to finish with the last 19.50 run.
