La Naples City Half Marathon come back on sunday 26 February 2023 with a new route that will allow participants to run while admiring some of the wonders of our city. The great marathon, organized by Napoli Running, is one of the institutional events, most anticipated level national and last year it thrilled runners from all over Italy thanks to the half marathon record established by Yeman Crippa (Fiamme Oro) with 59'26”. They will be 1200 runners who will participate, coming from well 30 nations different.
Furthermore, one was created for the occasion new medal in honor of the tenth edition.
The route of the 2023 marathon
For the Naples City Half Marathon of the year 2023 it was designed a new route, specially optimized to give runners the opportunity to register their own record personal and also to try to beat the absolute Italian record set by Yeman Crippa in 2022.

The event will take place at 11:00 on Saturday 25 February, and represents a perfect opportunity to share a fun racing experience with friends and family. Everyone can participate, regardless of training level or age, fun and sharing are the main values of this event.
The new medal
To celebrate the new edition of the Naples City Half Marathon, Napoli Running has created a very particular medal that symbolizes the historical places of the city. The medal consists of two sides, one depicting the Maschio Angioino, symbol of the city, and the other shows the majestic Piazza del Plebiscito.
The medal is decorated with the date and the name of the event and the number 10 to celebrate the tenth edition. On the back, you will find the Napoli Running, European Athletics and World Athletics logos, as well as the option to engrave your name and your achievement.
