The December 14 will be held in Naples the "Night of Art 2013" event. It will not be dark!
The 2 Municipality organized the Night of art 2013, one evening in which you will have the chance to experience the enchantment of art and culture in the historic center of Naples. This edition is dedicated in particular to the culture of differences, to the communities that live in the center of our city and above all to the Neapolitan.
The purpose of this event is to highlight the historical side of Naples, a city that has welcomed multiple cultures over the centuries and, as a result, has changed its architectural appearance and also its uses and customs.
The night of December 14, therefore, will be different from every other evening. Are expected cultural events, music at the Conservatory of Naples San Pietro a Majella and at the Academy of Fine Arts which, only on this special day, will remain open until late.
At night some important ones will remain open monumental complexes of Naples:
- Church of San Domenico Maggiore
- Museum Complex of the Archconfraternity of the Pilgrims
- Monumental Complex of S. Maria La Nova
- Cappella Sansevero and the Nitsch
The historic center of Naples will remain illuminated not only by the Christmas lights, but also by the many traders and initiatives that will be poured out along via Toledo, the Spanish Quarters and the Decumani.
