In the neighborhood of Secondigliano, located in the northern area of Naples, a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) experimental in the heart of the historic center. This measure will be applied in all Saturdays of April 2023 and will affect the areas of via Vittorio Emanuele III, via Padre Gaetano Errico and vico lungo Ponte. This initiative was promoted by the VII Municipality, chaired by Antonio Toiano, and constitutes a return to the previous ZTL established in 2016 by the De Magistris government.
The ordinance and alternative routes
THEordinance no. 11, signed on 28 March 2023, provides for the establishment of a Experimental ZTL on the following days and times:

- 08 / 04 / 2023: by 09: 00 14 to: 00
- 15 / 04 / 2023: by 09: 00 14 to: 00
- 22 / 04 / 2023: by 09: 00 14 to: 00

Il traffic plan will only be in effect on Saturdays in April, including the Holy Saturday of Easter (which falls on April 8 this year). The objective is to evaluate the impact on vehicle traffic and make any corrections.
