A 24 years since the death of the unforgotten and unforgettable Massimo Troisi, the city of Naples will tribute a tribute to the great actor with 3 days of free events in Piazza del Plebiscito, in the project Revuoto 2018. the treats of free initiatives in memory of the artist and will take place by 22 24 to June thanks to the proposal by Lello Arena and Mario Esposito.
Dating will not only remember Massimo Troisi ma they will also celebrate the 40 damage from the formation of the trio La Smorfia of which he was part with the same Lello Arena and Enzo De Caro. In fact, this year marks the important anniversary and there can be no better occasion to celebrate this comic trio that has made us entertain and reflect for so many years.
Enzo De Caro and Troisi's nephew, Stefano Veneruso, also join the implementation of the project, and the municipal administration, with the Mayor De Magistris, said it was very enthusiastic because the initiative is part of a period in which many tributes also to Totò and to Pino Daniele, the latter object of a great tribute with the concert at the San Paolo Stadium.
Revolution program 2018: 3 days of film, concerts and debates
The evenings will be presented by Francesco Mastandrea, Fatima Trotta and Maria Bolignano and the purpose of the events in Piazza del Plebiscito is to give the public the better than film, television and theater production di Massimo Troisi.
They will begin to perform young talents from the Neapolitan music scene which will be followed by the screening of some famous mini single acts of the Smorfia and also of unpublished footage di Massimo Troisi which will last about 1 hour. Each evening will start with live music at 20.00 and after an hour there will be guests and famous people who will remember the great Troisi, such as Lello Arena, Enzo De Caro, Renzo Arbore, Marisa Laurito, Nino Frassica, Pippi Baudo, Enzo Avitabile, Massimo Lopez, New Popular Singing Company, Giancarlo Magalli, Sal Da Vinci, among others.
