A new event dedicated to the culture of wine is about to start. We are talking about the Paestum Wine Fest, an event that combines tradition winery of the past with the excellence of the present. From the 25 to 27 March 2023, the most important wineries in Italy will meet in this place where the ancient Greeks they discovered the ideal conditions for a production of the highest quality.

An opportunity to enhance the territory

Paestum boasts a long winemaking tradition and enological already in the time of the Greek e Romans. During the event, visitors will be able to explore the most important news and excellence in the sector, enhancing the area with its biodiversity unique in the world. So it's also an opportunity for the territorio that he will be able to show off his archaeological and cultural-historical heritage through a unique and immersive experience of international importance.

Exclusive tastings of excellent cellars

Il Paestum Wine Fest puts in place a very precise system, where the excellences of viticulture can exalt and strengthen each other, presenting themselves together with a public of enthusiasts and operators in the sector winery.

Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in tastings exclusive concerning especially the best wines, but also i products of the various companies: all aimed at discovering the peculiarities of the territory of the cellars.

A unique and suggestive location

The festival will be held at the former SAIM tobacco factory in Borgo Cafasso which with its 8 thousand square meters, will host this three-day event, representing an expression of archaeology industry of the Piana del Sele. The unique location just create a symbolic link between the industrial archeology of the 900s and the ancient archeology of Magna Grecia, offering guests a full and immersive experience in the history and culture of the area.
