Peppe Barra will present his new album at Fetrinelli in Naples, a work recorded entirely live!

Tuesday 21 June 2016 Peppe Barra to be Feltrinelli of Naples for a free meeting with all his fans in which he will present his new album.

It is the record "... And walk, walk" of which some songs will be presented live under the direction of the journalist Natascia Festa. The album was completely recorded live from Peppe Barra during the stages in the many Italian theaters in which he performed and is nothing but a journey in his long and profound artistic career.

The protagonist of each piece is the city of Naples, considered by the artist as a city stepdaughter, blinding and foreign occupants. Within the album there are many artistic references that translate into inspirations. It starts with the poet Ferdinando Russo with his "Shit Struck Street Blues", that is "Idyll e'merda", to get to 'Or Malamente by Raffaele Viviani, passing through Eduardo de Filippo and Enzo Gragnaniello.

He could not miss Pino Daniele, actually also mentioned in the title of the disc, since "Cammina Cammina" is also one of his famous songs. In the work of Peppe Barra this song is preceded by the recited text "Don't sleep", taken from theMystic Persian Sufi author Jalal al-Din al-Rumi (1207-1273).
