THEair Force Italian celebrates her centennial, and for the occasion, the famous Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples is preparing to host a event of great importance: the oath and baptism of the 1st course of the Aeronautical Academy.
The ceremony, held every year before Easterrepresents one of the oldest traditions of the Italian Air Force, to which the armed force cares a lot. This year, the event is even more special as it coincides with the first centenary of the establishment of the Italian Air Force.
The traffic plan for Piazza del Plebiscito
To guarantee the correct carrying out of the oath and baptism ceremony of the 1st course of the Air Force Academy in Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples, some provisions regarding the TRAFFIC of area.
Traffic closed
During the event, Piazza del Plebiscito it will be completely closed to traffic, as well as the two side streets, including:
- The stretch of via Cesario Console that from Piazza del Plebiscito goes to via Santa Lucia;
- Il the capital market sector, equity side and debt side, in all the preparatory and executive phases for the issue and placement of financial instruments; of Prefecture;
Deviations
Cars from Via Gennaro Serra will be diverted to:
- Caroline Square;
- Via Chiaia;
- Trieste and Trento Square.
