Weekend weather forecast, bridge from 2 to 4 June at risk
The long weekend of 2 June will surprise us with a spectrum of changing skies. In the morning, the sun will be the protagonist, but, like a capricious actor, he may leave the stage in the afternoon in favor of local and sudden thunderstorms. Yes, the high pressure has decided to take a vacation away from Italy, thus extending our wait for nice stable and warmer weather.
This unstable atmospheric picture it will intensify over the weekend, not only affecting the inland and mountainous regions, but also reaching the Po Valley, where bad weather phenomena could emerge from the morning. Temperatures will remain close to the seasonal average, without any particular jolts.
Next week doesn't seem to offer a better scenario, with a barometric pressure picture that seems to want to remain rather shy.
Therefore, we expect instability to continue to be the protagonist.
Weather for Friday 2 June: between sun and clouds
Friday will open with mostly clear skies, with the exception of the Calabria that could reserve some brief scattered precipitation.
During the afternoon, however, the cloudiness will become more insistent, especially on inland and mountainous regions. They will not be excluded showers and thunderstormsespecially on Alps, Apennines and in inland areas of the peninsula and islands.
They can be verified more consistent phenomena on
- Venice Julia,
- central Tyrrhenian regions,
- Calabria,
- Sicilia,
- of Sardinia.
Along the Adriatic side maximum temperatures will have a slight increase, while elsewhere they will remain substantially unchanged.
Saturday 3 June weather: protagonist instability
On Saturday we will introduce an unstable day. Showers and thunderstorms could knock on the doors as early as the morning, even in the Po Valley. In the afternoon, thunderstorm activity could involve i inland and mountainous sectors of the Peninsula and of the Islands More.
The temperatures will remain stable, consistent with the climatic averages of this period of the year. Winds will generally be light, but more intense gusts may occur during thunderstorms.
Weather on Sunday 4 June: bad weather persists
Sunday 4 June does not seem to reserve us a change of scenery: scattered showers and thunderstorms they will show up in many regions of the Peninsula, with greater incidence in the Centre-North Sardinia. These areas will be affected by widespread showers and thunderstorms, which however will fade during the evening on Sardinia.
Despite the extensive and thick veils that will characterize the rest of the country, we will still have space for a few rays of sunshine.
