After a series of disturbances that involved all of Italy, finally a change of course is upon us.
In fact, high pressure will begin to exert its presence in a more marked way, bringing with it calmer days.
The meteorologists of Ilmeteo.it forecast for May 31st and June 1st a mix between sunny days and some isolated rain. Subsequently, between 2 and 3 June, they await us scattered rainfall, thunderstorms located near the mountains and inland Sicily, but overall, it is looming a more sunny period and with rising temperatures.
The return of the anticyclone
Don't be fooled by some rain: since June 4, the anticyclone seems to be ready to claim his throne, taking with him increasingly intense heat.
The effect will be felt throughout the peninsula, with temperatures that could reach i 30-32 degrees, both in the northern regions (Milan, Turin, Bologna), and in central cities such as Florence and Rome.

- the North should have overcast skies, but with little rain
- in the Centre, the instability will be concentrated in eastern Sardinia, while the sun will predominate in the other areas

June 1 weather forecast: sunny with some exceptions
Tuesday's forecast:
- the North could see some brief showers on the mountains of western Piedmont, but the sun should predominate in the rest of the regions.
- the Center and the South are both expected to be sunny.
Weather forecast of June 2: between celebrations and some clouds
During Republic Day, some areas may see a few drops of rain.
- The Alps could experience some thunderstorms, while dry weather is expected in the rest of the North.
- In the Centre, some instability is expected over Sardinia and the presence of clouds in Tuscany, but for the rest, the sun is expected to prevail
- In the South, a possible shower in Sicily shouldn't spoil a generally sunny climate.
Weather forecast from 3 to 6 June: space for summer
As of Thursday, the weather forecast is clear: Italy is about to wear its summer dress. According to the experts of Ilmeteo.it, almost all regions will be characterized by a decidedly summery climate, with a clear sky or at least little cloud.
It will be the confirmation of the return of the anticyclone, which will bring with it higher temperatures and a climate in general more stable and sunny.
