All gourmets can not miss the tasty festival of Cavatiello Maglianese with lots of goodness and fun!

From 31 July at 6 August 2015, Magliano Nuovo it will be the location of the "Feast, Flour, Fork, Cavatiello Maglianese Festival", the tasty review dedicated to local cuisine.

Specifically, the party, now in its twelfth edition, will immerse the participants in a real one journey of taste rich in Cilento goodness prepared by hand according to ancient recipes.

Therefore, there will be a wait for the public rich menu based on cavatielli with meat sauce or with tomato and basil, sausages, grilled meat, cured meats, cheeses, typical side dishes and traditional sweets such as zeppole, pastries and struffoli. All washed down with wine and craft beer in the company of shows and folklore bands that will liven up even more the festive atmosphere.

Seven unmissable days to enhance and rediscover the flavors of the past and above all to get to know and taste many genuine delicacies that are the fruit of that passion, wisdom and skill that only Campania has.

  • Appetizer: bacon, capicollo, salami, zucchini, cheese
  • First courses: cavatielli with castrato sauce, tomato cavatielli and basil
  • Second courses: castrato with sauce, grilled trout, grilled sausage, mulignane mbuttunate
