Tastings of nougats and wines, exhibition of nativity scenes and tourist itineraries with Beneventorrone 2015!
From the 27 to 29 2015 November, the Samnite city of Benevento will host the confectionery event Beneventorrone.
In this exhibition-market dedicated to local nougat done with chocolate, honey e hazelnuts, will also give space to other typical Christmas sweets, which can be tasted accompanied by dessert wines, like the passito or sparkling wine of Benevento.
There will be no lack of them exhibition stands, made as characteristic wooden houses and an interesting one nougat processing workshop that will show visitors the techniques of production of the tasty confectionery, of which Benevento boasts a centuries-old tradition. Finally, some will be organized tasting itineraries discovering the varieties of existing nougat.
For those wishing to prolong the walk, near the market will be set up one exhibition of handmade cribs.

Saturday November 28
Timetable: 17.00 nougat processing workshop and at 19.00 guided tasting entitled "Spumante del Sannio and nougat": a taste itinerary that combines typical sweets and local sparkling wines.
Sunday November 29
Timetable: at the 18 guided tour "I passiti del Sannio between torrone, chocolate and other confectionery specialties".
