Excellent PGI chestnuts, music and shows await all the Neapolitans in Montella!

From 6 at 8 November 2015, Montella, in the province of Avellino, will be the protagonist of the Sagra della Castagna di Montella, the famous festival dedicated to gastronomy and fun.

The event, now in its 33enth edition, will delight all the participants with many delicious tastings at many food and wine stands that will offer many typical products of Alta Irpinia and above all the renowned Chestnut DOC and IGP of Montella.

In particular, to color the festival, there will also be local crafts, debates, photographic and artistic exhibitions, traditional costumes, animations, shows, storytellers, tarantella lessons, musical and folk groups and many other events.

A nice opportunity then, to find out the first fruits and specialties of the Montelian territory, between aromas and flavors, witnesses of a history and a tradition rich in unique gastronomic, artistic and cultural beauties.

All surrounded by a breathtaking landscape, full of colors and views that will surely make the party and the fun of all visitors even more fascinating.
