The chestnut festival of Cusano Mutri will delight us with its dishes and will be full of musical events and visits to the village
October, month of chestnuts, gives us every year numerous festivals dedicated to this tasty and loved local product. Also to Cusano Mutri, in the fraction of Civitella Licinio, one will take place chestnut festival, 23 from October to 25 2015, with many tasty dishes and entertainment events.
- stand will open at 19.00 on Friday 23 October and there will be the opportunity to taste many dishes based on chestnut, from first and second to side dishes. Moreover, the evening will be enlivened by the music and come on dances in the square.
The weekend will always continue with great food and with the music of local groups, such as i Taranta 3, and from the musical attractions that will follow the visitors along the path of the festival.
Furthermore, a themed itinerary will be organized every day to get to know the “queen of the woods”, the chestnut in all its nuances. Finally, on Sunday the match Chievo Verona - Napoli.

- 19.00 hours: stand opening and music and dancing in the square
Saturday October 24
- 10.00 hours: stand opening. Music of the Taranta 3. Musical attractions along the path of the festival
Sunday October 25
- 10.oo hours: stand opening
- 17.00 hours: show by Tesolina Dance school S.00: stand opening
- 20.45 hours: projection in the square of the Chievo Verona-Napoli match
- Evening enlivened by "The conscience of Zeman", a cover band by Francesco De Gregori. Musical attractions and street artists along the route of the festival
Theme route
Organized every day: guided tours of the Forre di Lavello, horse riding, street artists, selfie area.
