In Marigliano for the new potato festival 2017 music, animation and competition Miss Novella!
The 1th edition of the New Potato Festival in Marigliano will take place from 4 to 2017 June XNUMX, in Faibano, organized by the Associazione Ambiente Azzurro Agro Nolano ONLUS. A gastronomic and cultural event that wants to promote local activities that produce economic wealth and wants to revive a less invasive agriculture like that of the potato.
The potato is a product that lends itself to different types of dishes, from those of simple but very nutritious traditional cuisine to the most sophisticated of modern cuisine. The novel potato festival, like every year, will also give you so much fun, there will be music, dance and animation, but the highlight of the last evening will be the election of Miss Novella 2017.

For four days there will be exhibition stands where you can taste different dishes based on potatoes including:
- roast baby fries roasted in a pan
- potato gnocchi
- tripe with potatoes
- peasant fantasy with provola
- porchetta or sausages with fries and various side dishes
- Baked potato flower in brisè pastry
- and many other delights
Miss Novella 2017 competition
Sunday 4 June will take place the 5th edition of the Miss Novella Competition which will reward elegance. The show will start at 22: 00 while the meeting of the girls will take place at 19: 00 in Largo San Francesco in Marigliano.
There will be up for grabs several awards including a prestigious jewel, sunglasses from the best brands and surprise prizes for participation. At the fashion show, girls aged 16 and 30 can register for free. For entries, interested girls should contact the promoter of the competition.
