Tasting of local products and entertainment at the 2015 chestnut and wine festival in Sorbo Serpico.
Dfrom 6 to 8 November 2015 will be held in Sorbo Serpico (Av), la Chestnut and wine festival, organized by Pro loco Serapide.
The location that will host the event will be an indoor room (on Sundays only for lunch) where you can taste local dishes such as maccaronata with sauce, chestnut and bean soup and pork and peppers.
Instead, walking streets will be set up on the streets of the village, which will prepare soft sandwiches with sausage and cotechino, hanged caciocavallo, sweets and chestnuts cooked in various ways.
To enhance the flavor of the dishes, the full-bodied will be poured wines of Feudi San Gregorio. In addition, stands of craft and food and wine products will be on display.
On 7 November, at the "Costantino Mario Melillo" hall of the Municipality, an interesting conference will take place on the theme "Chestnuts and wine", whose combination is a joy for the palate and a triumph of aromas and flavors typically autumn.
