Scisciano will host the unmissable “A 'Purpett Ra Nonna” festival, the feast of traditional Neapolitan food with lots of goodness and fun!

Today the unforgettable traditional Neapolitan cuisine, the ancient one, is increasingly rare, due to new gastronomic trends such as gourmet, sushi, finger food, molecular cuisine and the many ultramodern preparations.

Le popular recipes historical, however, are always the most loved by Neapolitans, such as the classic meatball, the one that only grandmothers can cook. Timeless goodness, therefore, will be celebrated with Sagra "A 'Purpett Ra Nonna", to be held at Scour the 18 April 2015.

The delightful protagonist of the first edition of the fair will be the "birthday girl" and the symbol of all typical culinary specialties of Neapolitan cuisine, which will also be honored during the tasty initiative.

In fact, "A'Purpett Ra Nonna" will offer the participants a rich menu, consisting of a first course of "Ziti Tagliati co 'rau' ra Nonna", a second course with the legendary "Purpett ra Nonna" and many other delicious courses including "A purpett e 'cod" and "O cuopp e purpetta ".

And it does not end here, because to cheer the evening will also be dancing, live music and many attractions of various kinds. Excellent cuisine, full bellies and lots of fun: an event that i Neapolitan gourmets they will not be able to lose.
