Great food, music and lots of fun in the new edition of the festival of trofie with radicchio and porcini!
From 24 to 26 June 2016, Montoro, in the locality Misciano, will host the festival of trofie with radicchio and porcini - Gnocchi alla Borgense ", the traditional event full of excellent cuisine and lots of fun for the whole family.
The event, now in its eighteenth edition, as every year, will delight all those present with a taste menu composed of Trofie with Radicchio and Porcini, Gnocchi with Borgense, Crespelle with Porcini and Risotto with Porcini.
And like any self-respecting festival, everything will be surrounded by music, joy and the beauties of Misciano, a charming, typically medieval Avellinese village rich in tradition, art, history and an ancient enogastronomic culture much appreciated by citizens and tourists.
A real party, this, which has now established itself as an important opportunity to enhance the genuineness, the scent and the unique taste of products of the Montorese territory, placing itself in this way as one of the most anticipated events, loved and frequented of the year.
