Every campano knows very well the "Fusilli", The typical pasta originating in our region. In many areas it still comes Handmade through special techniques.
La Festival of the "Fusillo alla Borgense" is based on this type of pasta and the dishes present during the event will use it as a main ingredient. The appointment takes place, as every year, a Montoro Inferiore (AV) from 9 to 11 August 2013 and is dedicated above all to those who love them simple recipes.
La Festival will allow you to taste the traditional flavors of the Montorese territory, but the event will not be dedicated only to your palate, but there will also be some shows able to entertain visitors: Neapolitan artists and singers of Italian light music.
