Feast of the Flegrea Sea in Monte di Procida to celebrate the delicacies marinated with wine, fish and entertainment at will
Today we return to talk about the festivals in Naples and its province, focusing this time on marine delicacies. TO Monte di Procida, at the location Acquamorta, awaits you Sagra del Mare Flegrea, which opens its doors from Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 August 2013.
The event, now in its 25th edition, will be organized in detail by the Vivi l'Estate association. You will find to welcome you rivers of wine sparkling, and the specialties of the flegrea cuisine. The seafood dishes will tickle your appetite: pasta, pepata di mussels, sea-flavored bruschetta, seaweed pizzas, frying mixed fish, seasonal fruit, desserts, and drinks at will.
The dishes will all be prepared directly on the restaurant docks, under the watchful eyes of the kind people present. The Flegrean Sea Festival is a panacea for those who want to escape the Augustine heat of the city, and take refuge in a happy island, made of a thousand goodness.
Many stands will be set up on site, where you can admire, and if necessary buy, unique pieces ofhandicraft local, and let yourself be lulled by music and dances offered by important artists, well-known names of the Campania musical panorama.
