Domenica 27 novembre 2022 l’annuncio di Amadeus sui suoi social network “Ci siamo, abbiamo i finalisti di Sanremo Giovani 2022!”. Ecco chi sono e quando si esibiranno per cercare di conquistare un biglietto per il palco del Festival di Sanremo 2023.
Just over two months afterstart of the Sanremo Festival 2023, Amadeus, on his social networks, announced i finalists of Sanremo Giovani 2022, who will perform the 16 December 2022 in the early evening on Rai Uno.
They are twelve, but only three of them will be able to win a ticket to get on the stage of the Sanremo Festival 2023.
The selection was not easy for either of the two commissions chosen for this arduous task, as they were presented 1263 tracks and, before the announcement of the 12 finalists of Sanremo Giovani 2022, there were a good three months of live auditions and listening.
Finalists Sanremo Giovani 2022: here are the names chosen by the two commissions
Of these twelve, four come from San Remo area, while the other eight were chosen from among the 43 young people (single artists and bands) who showed up months ago for Sanremo Youth 2022.
Here's who they are:
1.GLUE UNCLE: young collective representing generation Z, mainly offering pop, hip-hop and rap songs. Born on the "pratone" of Piazza Leo in Milan, it is made up of five boys, Andrea Armo Arminio, Andrea Mala Malatesta, Francesco Lampo Lamperti, Tommaso Berna Bernasconi and Tommaso Petta Manzoni, who will play the song Asphalt.
2.FIAT 131: pseudonym of Alfred Bruno, a young Calabrian singer-songwriter. His stage name was inspired by his grandfather's old car, which is named after him (Alfredo), and on which he listened to many songs by Lucio Dalla. He competes with Pupil.
3.NOOR: we haven't found much information about this artist on the web. We just know that he will show up with the song You Amelie.
4.Romeo&Drill: beat duo originally from Rome, made their debut in 2020 and, in December 2021, released the new single I'm still dead. For the final of Sanremo Youth 2022 will bring School day.
5.GIANMARIA: stage name of Gianmaria Volpato, is a former competitor of X Factor. He will go on stage with The city I hate.
6.GIUSE THE LIZIA: behind this aka hides Joseph Puleo, a 20-year-old singer-songwriter born and raised in Bagheria, in the province of Palermo. He started playing guitar at 15 and at 17 he made his debut in a Strokes cover band. Will bring sincere relationship.
7.MANINNI: alumni of Amici di Maria De Filippi, was born on December 19, 1997 a Bitetto, in the province of Bari, and has been playing the guitar since he was a child. The myths of him are the greats of world rock, namely U2, Oasis, Pink Floyd, Radiohead and beyond. He will propose A thousand doors.
8.MIDA: young Milanese rapper, he was born in 1999 and grew up in the Piazzale Ovidio area. He started making music at the age of 11, releasing songs that attracted the interest of insiders. He will perform with the song Maldite, a very curious title that can be interpreted in a thousand different ways.
9.OLLY: pseudonym of Federico Olivieri, a Genoese singer born on May 5, 2001, studied music and singing from an early age. For Sanremo Giovani 2022 will propose The soul dances, written by him like many of his other pieces.
10.SETHU: originally from Savona, he is a rapper and singer born in 1997 with a very particular look that is very reminiscent Spock from Star Trek. At the final he will sing the song Underground.
11.SHARI: born in Monfalcone in 2002, she is a singer produced by Psalm and who also participated as a feat voice in some of his songs. Will bring Sotto voice and, since we don't know much about Young, in the meantime we can say that she is the only woman competing in Sanremo Giovani 2022.
12. WILL: 21 years old, his repertoire offers songs that are a mix of British pop and Italian songwriting. She started getting noticed on TikTok and even participated in X Factor. In Sanremo Giovani 2022 will bring The most important things, a very romantic ballad.
